The Ranch at Lake Ray Roberts

Welcome to The Ranch! The Ranch is a 3 Phase Development of deed- restricted 2-5 acre properties. We are located in the Community of Mountain Springs, Valley View, Texas (north of Denton and south of Gainesville), 5.9 miles east of Interstate 35 on FM 922.

Surrounded by lush farmland and about a mile from beautiful Lake Ray Roberts, The Ranch boasts natural rustic beauty. Since property owners are not obligated to build on their land, much of the original wooded terrain remains. For the most part, those who have built have chosen to keep the land as close to its natural state as possible.

The Ranch is technically located in the community of Mountain Springs; however, since Mountain Springs is not incorporated, our mailing address is Valley View, Texas. Also, due to zoning which was in place before Lake Ray Roberts was created, The Ranch is located in the highly rated Pilot Point School District.
